I, Sullivan Grosz, started with Pearson Realty in 2016 and was promoted to President in January of 2021. I have truly enjoyed learning the business (which never stops), observing how agriculture continues to evolve in our valley, maneuvering through our complex water challenges in California, and building great relationships with growers, institutional investors, attorneys, accountants, financial advisors, and general farm investment professionals. The agriculture industry is full of great people with strong family values. I am always ready to share market information and help provide insight when needed.

When not working, you can find me with my wife, Erin, and sons, Granger and Emmett. I am an avid outdoorsman and am passionate about aviation, hunting, backpacking, dirt bike, and skiing adventures.
