The Orchard is irrigated by two wells - one drilled in 2016. Water is pumped by a 300 HP motor through five sand media tanks and delivered via micro-sprinklers. The second well is located on the northeast corner of Parcel A. It contains a 150 HP pump providing 800± GPM. The property is not located in an irrigation district and lies within the county of Madera -1 Chowchilla Subbasin GSA.
