The orchard is best accessed from Highway 65, exit Avenue 2, proceed east 1.5± miles. The road will head south ¼ mile to County Line Road. Approximately 15± miles east of Delano, 30± miles north of Bakersfield, 142± miles north of Los Angeles and 258± miles south of Sacramento.

The farm is irrigated by well water. Block F4-A has a 50% right through water sharing agreement for Wells #1 and #2, along with reservoir #1. Block F5-A has a 50% right through water sharing agreement from Wells #3 and #4, along with reservoir #2. Blocks F4-A and F5-A are both 3 set irrigation systems. Block F7 is irrigated by one well, which feeds reservoir #3 into a 2 set system. All three blocks utilize turbine pumps, sand media filters, and single line drip. Each reservior has 20±AF capacity and has a second stand to add another pump and filter system to reduce the time needed to irrigate as the trees get older.
