Water

Two 10HP submersible pumps and wells on the facility site that provide water to packline and the cold storage facility. One of the wells also has a 75HP pump that provides water to new cold storage sprinkler system and fire hydrants. There are also two ag wells with a 7.5HP pump and 10HP pump that provide water to ag farmland. The property is in the Consolidated Water District. There is also a 1,000 gallon diesel tank, 1,000 gallon gas tank and propane tank on the property. There is also a 1,300KW generator available. Other utilities include electricity and telephone service.
