Description

This 29,080± sq. ft. ammonia based dock high facility was built in the early 1950 s. It has 5,552± sq. ft of pre-cooler space plus 23,528± of cooler space in five rooms and a hallway. There are two gas rooms with a capcity of 16 pallets each. The pre-cooler rooms and four of the five cooler rooms have a 15 ft ceiling. The largest cooling room has an 18 ft ceiling. A loading dock runs 262 across the front of the building with four truck bays for receiving and shipping treefruit, citrus or table grapes. The facility will store up to 7,600 bins of fruit of 200,000 styrofoam grape boxes.
