Background
Seth Tillery was born and raised in Strathmore, California. Seth brings 25 years of Central Valley agricultural experience to the team at Pearson Realty. Seth started his ag career in grower relations and field operations working side by side with the best growers in the ag industry growing stone fruit, grape, citrus and row crops in the Central Valley, along with other areas of the state, including the Salinas Valley, Coachella Valley, Riverside and Ventura counties. He brings a no surprise attitude and approach to all of his dealings and strives to help his clients get the most out of their experience while working to build lasting partnerships and valued friendships along the way.
In addition to working with numerous growers, Seth himself is also a grower and owner of an organic citrus ranch, producing Navels and Valencias in the heart of the California citrus belt in the San Joaquin Valley in beautiful Exeter, California.
